The turn of the year is usually a time to slow down, reflect on the past few months, and prepare for the ones ahead. We did that too, of course—but it was still a very busy time. You can find some of the news on our LinkedIn page—some truly exciting moments we’re very proud of! Below is the second part of the good news: the latest features and improvements to the app.

What’s new:

  • Assistive Access – new mode on special request for visually impaired presenters. It includes larger fonts, larger buttons and the ability to zoom the work area. Only the content is visible (as for observers).
  • Content Camera: Changes to the ignore area for the MEMBER role – regardless of the user’s settings (admin settings or from the previous session), the ‘Enable spatial zeroing’ toggle is always available, along with the ability to modify/delete existing areas.

Bug fixes:

  • The session time in the summary email is correct.
  • Editing Board Memory from a static link is now possible while the next session is in progress.
  • An incorrect password on the login page displays an appropriate message.
  • Remote Control: Co-hosts can set a password for Board Memory.
  • Themes change accordingly after clicking “Restore default settings”.
  • Remote Control: The tab is grayed out for expired accounts, and scheduled sessions do not start.
  • Remote Control: When scheduling a session in the calendar, the ‘Close’ button works correctly.
  • If the organization’s Admin does not set a time zone, the browser’s time zone is automatically assigned and appears in the Organization tab.
  • CC: Session start is now possible for trial accounts with the “Raw Video Stream” option enabled.
  • Improved colors in the annotation menu when using system contrasts.

Happy whiteboarding!
