Like to use Zoom for video conferencing? Now you can enjoy all of the benefits of ShareTheBoard right there in your Zoom meetings. Here’s how it works:

Start here

To use the Zoom companion app, you must have an active ShareTheBoard account.

Start by logging in to your account (or, if you’re new here, register for a free trial)

Add the app to Zoom

Go to “Apps” and then click the link to add the ShareTheBoard Zoom companion app (make sure you’re logged in to your Zoom account too).

Follow the on-screen instructions to start a new session of ShareTheBoard. If you need help, read the full instructions for the Zoom companion app.

Share your board

With the ShareTheBoard session running in the background, start a Zoom meeting and invite your users to use ShareTheBoard

Your viewers will enjoy a clear, unobstructed, fully interactive view of your board – right there inside of Zoom! As presenter, you can take advantage of our exclusive Intelligent Transcription too.

Tech requirements

STB + Zoom

The ShareTheBoard companion app for Zoom is a free application, available to everyone. For Zoom tech requirements, please visit their website.

To use the Zoom companion app as a presenter, you’ll need an active ShareTheBoard account and you’ll need to run ShareTheBoard during your Zoom meeting – either as a Web app or using our desktop app, the Content Camera.
