What’s new:
- Password strength indicator on the registration page, password reset page, and in the Edit Profile tab.
- The new default session name in the Board Memory list (Dashboard) includes the date and time of its start.
- Accessibility improvement for screen readers. Analysis now adds a chart/diagram description to the visual result, allowing screen readers to read it. The presenter can edit this description in the analysis result.
- The automatic analysis error (Curating Error) on the Board Memory title slide is now described in more detail depending on the issue.
- The Enterprise plan has been removed. Features such as adding organization members via CSV file and Usage Monitoring in the Organization tab have been added to ROOM and TEAM plans.
- If single-frame analysis in Board Memory fails twice (e.g., due to lack of meaningful content), the analysis options become inactive with a tooltip.
- Starting a scheduled session (Remote Control) automatically skips the configuration screen.
- An observer waiting for a scheduled session to start (static link or Recurring Session Links) now has a “Try again” button and can change language and theme.
- The “Refer a friend” option is now available for all purchased accounts in Plan Details tab.
- New dynamic numbering on the camera list and thumbnails in Multicameras mode.
- In the presenter view, the preview of collected frames now starts from the newest frame.
- The character limit for Recurring Session Links titles has been increased to 200.
- The visual analysis result now includes a legend with values, making charts easier to read.
- The “Raw Video Stream” option is unavailable when Assistive Mode is enabled.
- Improved scrolling in the Settings popup — tabs always start at the top.
- Analysis results performed in ZoomApp are now saved to Board Memory.
- Optimization improvements in session performance, scheduled session start, and saving frames to Board Memory.
Bug fixes:
- The text annotation input field is no longer covered for observers on mobile.
- Board fragments (image/sticky note) are no longer affected by system contrast.
- QR code displays correctly when Assistive Mode is enabled.
- A co-host of a scheduled session (Remote Control) can share Board Memory within the organization and edit analysis results.
- When an organization admin disables Board Memory sharing, favorite markers (stars) remain active and editable in the Board Memory list.
- Camera labels no longer appear in the observer’s Board View.
- AI token limits in ROOM organizations update without requiring a page refresh.
- Frames with applied flips stored in Board Memory now move according to cursor movement when zooming.
- Graphic on the login page no longer overlaps text.
- Shared Content and Organization tabs update without requiring a page refresh.
- Card details changes in the Plan Details tab are visible without refreshing the page.
- Reducing the number of licenses in a TEAM organization removes excess members starting from the most recently added. Additionally, the organization admin receives an email about the license reduction.
- Copying the link from an organization invitation email now works correctly.
- The host in ZoomApp can modify observers’ annotations (same as the presenter).
- If uploading a frame from the presenter’s preview fails (file too large), a correct notification about the 300 KB limit is displayed.
- Setting a password containing spaces is no longer possible.
- An observer removed from a session by the presenter no longer sees a Board Memory link on the session end screen.
Happy whiteboarding!
