October on ShareTheBoard

Autumn in Poland has already entered a new phase. We’re starting to miss sunny, warm days. However, the weather isn’t the only thing bringing colors to everyday life. For us, it’s also the new improvements to our app, which are being used by a growing number of people and institutions. See for yourself what’s new!

What’s new:

  • You can download the analysis results table in JPEG, PNG, and CSV formats.
  • AI tokens and Board Memory limits are shared within a ROOM organization (1 license = 500 BM slots and 500 AI tokens). The counter is visible in the Organization tab in the admin account.
  • New “Join” screen for participants. The organization name/logo, session name (if assigned), and date are visible.
  • Minimizing the Content Camera window no longer hides it in the system tray. The application is visible in the taskbar.
  • The onboarding screen opens the Content Camera window automatically (when the session is triggered by an external application (Meets/Zoom/Teams) and the “Skip board setup” option is disabled).
  • Minor changes to the Board Memory design.

Improvements for Remote Control (feature on special request for ROOM plan):

  • Editing an ongoing session in the calendar is disabled. You also cannot edit a series if a recurring session is in progress.
  • Only active members of the organization (those who have accepted the invitation and do not have the billing manager role) are visible in the co-host list.
  • A scheduled session series has a visible start (and end) date in the calendar.

Bug fixes

  • Content Camera: The app no longer gets stuck on a white screen when the internet connection is poor/unstable.
  • The participant’s LIVE view and annotations are available from the beginning of the session, even before the first frame is saved to Board Memory.

Fixes for Remote Control (feature on special request for ROOM plan):

  • Editing and removing recurring sessions in the daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views now works correctly.
  • A session scheduled for next year has the correct start date and time.
  • Sessions scheduled before the daylight saving time change now start at the appropriate time.

Happy whiteboarding!
