How do I save my board content?

Saving your board content is super-easy:

  • Board Memory: ShareTheBoard automatically saves everything you or your viewers write on your board. These contents are made available in an interactive replay we call Board Memory. Our app also aims to identify Key Frames during your session, to let you know where to focus when you review your Board Memory. Finally, frames can be downloaded in PDF, PNG, or SVG formats.
  • Content snapshots: during your session, click “Save content” at any time to capture the contents currently on your board (in PDF, PNG, or SVG formats)
  • Transcription and Analysis: ShareTheBoard can transcribe your text, tables, flowcharts, or charts and graphs into digital form – with one click. Board contents can also be summarized or analyzed (you guessed it: with one click!).
