The last few weeks at ShareTheBoard have been a long list of new users and partnerships. That’s why we’re not slowing down, and the entire team is working hard to make the app meet our customers’ expectations. Below is a list of changes from March. Stay tuned, because April will bring even more improvements.

What's new

  • App Settings -> Settings. The popup is now divided into two tabs: App settings and Performance settings.
  • Text sticky note annotations have a smaller size now.
  • The language dropdown is now in Settings->App settings popup.
  • Organization language setup in Admin’s Organization tab.
  • By default, the analysis language is the same as the language selected in the account.
  • Board Memory email notifications toggle is now available in the Admin’s Organization tab.
  • Frames with saved analysis results are marked as keyframes and will not be unmarked during automatic analysis at the end of the session.

Bug fixes

  • Disconnecting the camera does not affect the camera switching mechanism in Multicameras mode.
  • The marker annotation works correctly for the presenter and observer.
  • With flips enabled, annotations display correctly in Board Memory and the orientation of the content in the top frames in the summary email is also correct.
  • Text sticky notes display correctly in Firefox.
  • When adding annotations for the presenter and observer, the auto-hide controls option is suspended.
  • “https://” is included in the copied links to the session and to Board Memory.
  • If the STB/browser does not have access to the camera, its selection will not be possible during the session with Multicameras mode enabled.
  • The number of participants is correct in the summary email.
  • Content Camera: Saved Admin settings for Multicameras mode (Shared Devices) now work correctly after disconnecting cameras.
  • Disconnecting the active camera during a session will switch to the next available camera on the list.

Happy whiteboarding!
