September & October Updates on ShareTheBoard

While autumn is bringing cooler temperatures and shorter days, our team has been busy. The past two months have brought several new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Here’s a summary of our September and October updates.

• Board Memory – co-host assignment
  You can now assign co-hosts directly from Board Memory. The list displays active members of the ROOM organization with either the admin or member role. An assigned co-host can access the Board Memory record in their own account.

• Audio Transcription – new navigation
  A new playback control panel with the following options: play, pause, stop, previous sentence, next sentence, voice settings, volume settings, and playback speed.
  Playback continues, automatically scrolling through the frames until manually stopped.

• Audio Transcription – Edit Mode
  Transcription text can be edited on a per-chunk basis. Once Edit Mode is enabled, you can click on the specific text fragment you want to modify. An ‘Undo’ option is also available to restore the original content.
  Each chunk is limited to 2048 characters (2 KB).

• The Key Frame toggle and Gallery View icon in Board Memory are now grouped under a single button.
• Improved key frame selection during the automatic analysis at the end of a session, resulting in more accurate key frame identification.
• Improved audio transcription output quality. The text is now automatically corrected for punctuation and lightly formatted into paragraphs.
• Text annotation is now first in the annotation menu during a session, in observer’s Board View, and in Board Memory.

• Mobile: Downloading the results of mathematical analysis now displays correctly.
• Observers logged into an expired account can no longer run analyses in Board View.
• Failed analysis error codes are no longer included in exported results (TXT, PDF, and DOCX).
• Improved content detection speed on Mac when colors are enabled.
• Image uploads now work correctly in the observer’s Board View on iOS.
